Poor service from FBK

I am writing with sad new that I deposited money to my forex account which the broker I was depositing my money at it's FBK Markets it's soo sad that my deposit was declined but money was deducted from my bank account when I tried to enquire they keep saying my matter has been escalated to finance deparent it has been more than a week now when I sent them emails they don't respond am not even getting any response from them what a poor service
