FBK MARKET DISAPPOINTED ME

Its so sad on how bad the service and the support team for FBK , l sent an email to Lesego 3 days ago l never got any response and l wrote an email to Ashley , k****sto and kamegelo , yet my query is still not resolved.l deposited money and the money went off to my account , l sent them the required documents which is the statement, my FBK details and yet they don't know their turn around time on when this will be resolved and that's the response am getting, the boring part and the 24hour support team don't have enough product knowledge on how to resolve most of the things, am really disappointed with FBK it was my best broker but now no.
