Holes, tears and stains on wedding dress

My wedding dress had holes, tears and stains as received from the shop. Even though I went for a fitting and the shop assistants pinned it for alteration, upon receipt of the dress, it was found that it had not been altered. If you get your wedding dress from this shop, on the day of collection please fit on the dress and inspect it thoroughly for flaws. Although it may be too late for repairs and alterations as at the collection date, also, you would have paid already. Do not be fooled by the overly friendly staff.
