So angry

I ordered the rotating brush. I received it. paid R700 for it and had to pay R300 rand to get it from the Post Office . when I plugged it in Smoke came out and it heated up and now it doesn't even go on I am so so disappointed in this company I would not recommend anyone to buy something from them.the page does not even exist anymore. No responses to emails .
