TV never repaired. Same problem third time

I had taken my TV in for repairs upon recommendation from the retailer since my warranty had just expired the month before. Faxsure apparently "fixed" the problem. Two weeks later I had the exact same problem. Took the TV back, they "fixed" it again. Two months later the TV now has the same problem again, and according to them, I need to pay full fee again since their guarantee is now expired. Honestly I'm fed up. They never really fixed the TV.
