Manager is rude and is not willing to give refund

Hi we arrived at the guest house n he was rude so when we went to the room that they gave us because they didn't prepare the room they had reserved for us because they had other guests in the room. The room they gave us was not up to the standard they had told me from our conversation and I requested a refund and the manager said he will only give me the money for two days and deduct one day which I didn't have a problem with it but then he won't give me the money and drives away
