Outrageous lack of urgency and apathetic attitude towards service delivery

I ordered a new passenger seat window for my FAW hatchback from KIA motors tableview. I had to pay the full amount before the window could be ordered. I did so, and after the payment was made, all sense of urgency surrounding the matter disappeared. Not only have I had to wait close to 4 months for my window to arrive, (it still hasn't arrived) but I have had little to no feedback regarding the matter. Any information I received regarding the whereabouts of my window was as a result of my own efforts. After dozens of phone calls and an astronomical phone bill, I've come to the conclusion that purchasing an FAW hatchback as my first car was A terrible decision, seeing as the parts are impossible to order and locate, as well as the fact that KIA Table View has proven to have no regard for customer service and delivery.
