No words, on verge of suing
Bought a brand new FAW Sirius s80 7 seater, all was well, until about 20 000km. The car refused to accelerate - id have to switch it off and on again and again until it worked for 5mins. The car has been at their service department now 4 months. Im stuck paying everything from installments to insurance tracker the works + about R4000 out of pocket and i have no f#@king car 4 MONTHS! I have approached the motor ombudsman last month a email was sent to imperial where they were asked to give their side of the story, they have not rep****. If by friday the ombudsman doesn't take the next step, I'll have no choice but to get my lawyer on this. So please take the car back and replace it with the same or similar model or just take it back and end the contract full stop. Couldn't even provide courtesy car.

Im keeping this very short. My car has been with Hyundai port Elizabeth for wait for it.... A full year! Thats rite a year has gone past since i have even seen the car. In the meantime im still paying everything to avoid being blacklisted and having the piece of **** repossessed. I have a nice thick document that is with my lawyer and you will be served with a letter headed notice of intent to sue this week. See you in court. Thank you have a nice day.
