Worst dealership, salesman finance and vehicle to deal with.

<p>Hi. All please take note. Dont buy a vehicle from Tata central shubart street Pretoria. I have bought a brand new FAW V2. The day when i have to go and get my vehicle in june the vehicle had chip marks infront right door was schratched. The sales person was Christiaan Boucher. I was told i must just bring the vehicle back the next week he even called the guy from the workshop and promised no problem. I took the vehicle after we have signed the contract everything and Abe the finance guy said if we are not happy we can cancell within 30 days. We took the vehicle on the saturday. The following week i have phoned and asked about the scratches. I also mentioned that the 2nd gear is scratching the whole time and a wind noise at the back right and my cd front loader radio lights did not work. I was informed by Christiaan Boucher that this is not his problem anymore and i must deal with the workshop. I even spoke to the DP that the workshop must handle this. I spoke to Christiaan via whatsapp after about 19 days and informed him the friday afternoon that we want to cancell deal. He again said that will fix the car after it was there the same day for its 1000 kilo inspection and the door was still not fixed. He said they will borrow me a vehicle and get the faults sorted. They gave me a vehicle to drive with and the workshop informed me that my car will be standing for 4 months since they must wait for a part. My car was there at about 1300kilos brand new. I phoned christiaan again and told him that the permit of the vehicle they gave me will expire in three days and he said i must not worry they will pay the fines. After about 3 weeks a Donny phoned me after I have spoken to Riaan janse van Rensburg at there Head office the General Manager and Donny said he will deal with my complaints. I received my car back after two days that Donny spoke to me and still the gear was a problem and the wind noise right back. Upon inspecting my car i saw that the rubber and cover inside the drivers door was damaged and cracked and took photos and send it to donny and riaan. Nobody even bothered replying or phoning. I took my vehicle and drove with it and the left shick was making a noise and still the second gear and right wind noise. I informed them again on mail with the problems and nobody tried to assist only that a consultant will phone me. This was there reply from Donny: Good day Tiaan You’re complained is with Paula Santos and Natalie Mostert. A Natalie phoned me and said i must book my vehicle: Good Afternoon Mr Cloete.I tried to call you on your cell this morning, but unfortunately there is not an option to leave a message. Please can I ask you to book your vehicle in at the dealer for me to send one of our technical specialists out to report on the vehicle. I need you please to let me know when the booking has been made 5 days in advance for me to book technical. Natalie after few days got me a dealer in witbank and said i must book there. Bear in mind since all of this noby have contacted me or assited me only a mail that a consultant will call me. I spoke to witbank they refused to work on this vehicle since imperial do not pay warranty claims. They refered me to middelburg whereby i spoke to Frans and he said the same and that he do not take these vehicle since there is one standing 4 months now. Again i have send a mail to every one with no feedback or luck. Natalie informed that i must take my vehicle to pretoria. Her comments from imperial. This is an email to confirm the booking for the 15/09/2016. As I have stated previously, we unfortunately do not have any loan vehicles. I have asked her how must i get to work and from pretoria and witbank and the only comment we do not have a loan vehicle. Both the Tata Central and Imperial did not care in any way about the customer or his well being. Please be aware of the poor service no feedback no service or customer relations. I will never advise any one to either deal with these instututions or buy this type of vehicle. </p>
