SELLING DEFECTIVE VEHICLES TO THE PUBLIC

I picked up my brand new FAW S80 7 seater vehicle on the 22 January 2016 from Faw cars.1st day of using my vehicle i had battery problems i immediately informed James.3rd April 2016 around 7pm i had a breakdown with my vehicle we contacted the call center and they told me they woold send a tow truck but i will be liable for the costs. They advised me to get my own tow truck as it will be cheaper. the next day the van started so i used it as normal. on the 8th of April the van had another breakdown we contacted the call center and the call center said there's no free roadside assistance i need to contact the dealer which i then did 5 hours later still no assistance from the dealer i phoned him again and advised him the van is blocking traffic on the road and i need to change the battery to move it he said its fine i must do what i have to the next day they sent the tow truck to fetch the van and now they tell me i need to pay R3700 to take my van out which i did nothing wrong. they are now using the battery issue as an excuse. this is not a cheap van its R180000 van and its a piece of **** please people do not buy a FAW S80 because there is no honesty.
