Refilwe had a bad attitude with me, made promises that wasn't kept. I refused to speak to her and Natalie contacted me. Refer previous reports, still no satisfaction. Natalie promised me a new seat and a new radio, said I must to take the car on the 4/1/2016 to dealer in Polokwane, when I require regarding the spares that natalie promsed under guarantee, there were no spares. How long will it take imperial select to sort out my new car that i bought, but is worse than a second hand car. Could Mr Manny De Chanha sort out his staff and assist our customers. Bad attitude today again by Refilwe as she insisted to tell me that she cannot tell me who the CEO of the Company is? , What are they hiding.
