Deceptive sales

I was interested in purchasing the FAW V2 at the princess crossing branch. I received very speedy service regarding vehicle finance and car insurance. I was so excited about this until I sat back to think. Very little information was given to me regarding the loan amount being financed? I was also told that the extras of the vehicle was inclusive of the R99000 of the vehicle purchased. No quote of this vehicle was also sent to me. In short I feel like I was deceived by FAW and as a result of all this I have not purchased the vehicle
