Good Day FAW I have been in Contact with your Kraaifontein Branch for 6 weeks now on and off to find out why my credit note has not been credited
Good Day FAW I have been in Contact with your Kraaifontein Branch for 6 weeks now on and off to find out why my credit note has not been credited. I have been speaking to Jordan who keeps on telling me that he will get back to me, but he doesnt, or he just ignores me. He sent me your accounts department number and I have phoned that number so many times on numerous occasions, and no one answers. ***. They sold us the wrong product, an (Blower). I paid for an Uber from Strand to send the part back and till today my money has not been credited sine 05 May 2026. The day I purchased the product I had to drive to Kraaifontein as no one was answering the phones, upon arrival, no one in reception, no one in the sales office. Waited for more than an Hour then Jordan came in from the shop. I need to know where is my credit. Credit note attached.
