Bad service

The worst experience ever. It all started with the delay in delivering the Truck we bought. The dealership kept blaming their supplier. Eventually received the truck, which had numerous faults. After the first long haul the trailer's lights fell out due to bad workmanship. After bringing this to the attention of the rep we dealt with, we are referred to their supplier. We did not buy this truck from their supplier, we bought from FAW Ermelo. And their Dealer Principal is NEVER available to sort out any issues. Will never do business with them again, and will make sure to never refer any of our customers and friends.
