10 days for my own money: R5500 credit vanished into archives

I first invested in this hardware store in 2021, then added more money in 2023, bringing the total credit to R5500. In July 2025, they confirmed the balance was still R5500. Today I went to buy cement using that credit, but they told me they’ve upgraded their system and my old invoice is now in archives. They say it will take about 10 days to retrieve it. I’m extremely frustrated and angry because I urgently need the cement right now."
