Okay if you require no support, returns or refunds

Pros: Not a total ****, reasonable delivery time, products arrived as ordered Cons: Absolutely no way to speak to a human - literally has an AI chat on the customer support line. Doesn't seem to truly support returns or refunds - logged a request timeously and was instructed to wait for further details. Nothing came. Reached out on call, email and Instagram to no avail. Now I'm stuck with products that don't fit. In my view this in itself is a ****.

(Side note: they resell Shein items)
