Fave online rip-off

I bought a fringed bikini set from Fave online for R439. When it was delivered, the bikini top was so large, a XXL minimum. Definitely an incorrect size, a fault on their side. I informed them of their mistake and was told to courier the item back to them, which I did. I only returned the bikini top as the hygienic cover came off when I tried on the bottom. They only refunded me R250 (the bikini bottom was plain and cheap, max R100 separately). The service lady refused to acknowledge my courier fee of R100. That means I essentially paid for couriering twice, to and fro. This was 100% their fault but, the customer gets short changed. In my many years of online shopping I have never been sent the incorrect size by an online retailer or had to pay for the returning of an item. Fave online has deplorable business ethics, no customer service and a lack of proper supply chain management. Please DO NOT BUY from Fave online as they recycle cheap Fong Kong items at high prices (I saw the exact item in a seedy shop for R150 the following month!). Mind you, I was suppose to wear that bikini on my Mauritius holiday and Fave online delivered late, the evening before I had to depart so I had no time to find an alternative.
