Appaling customer service.

I am very disgusted by the way the staff treated my elderly mom and daughter at the pharmacy based in Voortrekker Road in Parow today. My daughter had a severe allergic reaction and my mom took her there to get medication for the allergy. The lady that supposedly assisted my mom didn't even bother to really look at my daughter's allergy and just brushed my mom off and said ' Agh it's just an allergy, just continue with allergex.' The pharmacy should really make an effort to care and listen to their customers. My mom left the pharmacy very upset because she didn't get any help. She went to Shoprite's pharmacy in Shoprite Park and was assisted and my daughter got what she needed to treat the allergy. WE WILL NEVER GO TO FAULL'S PHARMACY in Parow again. Services are appaling!!!!!!!
