NO FEEDBACK ON PRODUCT QUERY

I wrote into them with a query about their types of pasta, using a an email address on the corporate website on Feb 15. I got a reference number TB***. The automated reply advised they will be in touch. I have since resent the mail numerous times Feb 24, March 2& 8 and again on March 15. I guess they do not want my business and just deem it to bothersome to revert to their clients/prospective clients.
