Dissatisfied customer

I have always trusted this brand but I'm really disappointed with the customer service but mainly the product. I bought 4 packets of macaroni and i opened the third pack. Once the pasta goes into boiling water it starts shredding yet i have never had this problem before. I sent an email to on the 19th of May but up till today no response. Absolutely disappointing and disgusted with Fatti's and Monni's. Seems the really don't appreciate us supporting them anymore cause i definitely will not be going forward!
