Broken Penne's

Bought Penne Rigate Pasta Quills at Checkers and to my surprise, when opening the packet, Most of the Pasta Penne's were broken.

This is not what im use to when it comes to Fattis and Moni's brand. Checkers would not refund/Swop out the packet claiming if it broke on their shelf or while packing, the Packet is usually Burst open to damage the amount of Pasta that is damaged.

hope this is a once off Issue
