Broken pasta shells

Bought a packet of Fatti’s& Monnis Gnocchi Pasta Shells. Added it to boiling water in my pasta pot and with the first stir to ensure the pasta does mot stick to one another I saw all the shells was broken into small pieces. Cooked it for 7 min and removed from the pot to see that there was not even one shell everything was broken. As I am a professional chef I was quite upset as it was for a dinner with guests. Contacted Fatti’s & Monnis through their Facebook page and 4 days later not so much as a reply or simple apology! The worst of it all is that this is not the first time buying that exact pasta and ending up with disappointing results. Why produce pasta that always brakes into little pieces and comes out sub standard? Never have that issue with other brands!
