FATLAB non Supply

5 Dec 2017 - I made enquiries at Fatlab regarding weightloss and costs. 6 Dec 2017 Received mail from Lara Swanepoel attached : Intro mail, Retail price List, Enrolment form, Blood forms . 7 Dec 2017 - Received in Inv 534 - R4510 - Enhanced Program with Supplements. 8 Dec 2017 - Proof of Payment mailed for R4510. 20 Dec 2017 - Requested Eating plan, response "It was in my out box". 3 Feb 2018 - Mailed - still no Suppliments - response Lara was travelling will find out from warehouse. 5 Feb 2018 - Warehouse backlog, will send Supplements. 20 March 2018 0 I mailed requesting refund and was informed it was part of the package and no refund can be expected. 24 May 2018 - Still no response and no Supplements. This is an absolute rip-off. Weight loss is a sensitive issue and the manner in which the FATLAB run by Lara is managed is a disgrace let alone the collection of money but no supply is dishonest. I would like my money back, this is unacceptable. M Coetser
