www.fati.co.za - Takes your money, but doesn't have any aftersales service. BE WARNED !!!!!!!

Please be warned that this company is VERY quick to take your money through their online store BUT simply don't care about customer services, especially when it comes to your ordered goods being delivered.

I have been waiting for my parcel for almost week now, without ANY clear indication from either the store or the courier company FASTWAY couriers.

Using the available client interfaces i.e. website, web chat and What's App doesn't help either as no one really responds with the intention of getting answers on timelines.

In this day and age, this is simply totally unacceptable and the consumers out there should be warned about this total lack of aftersales services
