My 13 year old daughter bought a watch from fati online, same day she cancelled the order, I send how many mails, whatsups from that day to cancell the order and get her money back, so many empty promises from fati that her money will be returned, almost 3 weeks now and we are still begging for her money, horrible service, *****ing a child money, we even asked for the watch if they don't want to give refund, still nothing, truly an south African company, taking a child money, a company without a backbone,
