Damaged parcel

I bought a stroller online it was delivered 2 days ago. I contacted fati immediately because the packaging was damaged I then opened it in side it was damaged. I've sent emails more than 10 times the only response I received was "is it damaged". What a bad service I will never recommend anyone to them.
