Supplements not delivered 4 months later
Very disappointed in service delivery. Order placed 27 December 2021 after confirming stock availability of supplements because I have seen complaints about non- delivery. Almost 4 months later and numerous messages and calls, still no supplements delivered. I was told there was a problem with the delivery company yet still no alternate plan was made. Sad to think an excellent weight loss program is backed by such pathetic delivery services!

This has been reported to us twice now. You are welcome to collect your supplements from head office and we will refund you the courier fee. 17 Apr 2022, 14:19I have not ignored any call from private or numbers I do not recognize. I have my own home office and constantly receive deliveries. I do not need to get told to answer my phone IN SHOUTING LETTERS. Very strange how my Whatsapp messages fall on deaf ears! How about some decent customer service and a reply Even after giving you an alternate postnet address to avoid this so called delivery person not being answered claim.
