Poor customer service

Good day I have placed an order with Lara on the 13th August 2021 for 3 X Tri Bot supplements and she notified me that I will receive my order in 5 to 10 days, till now i have not received my order and her reason is they still busy with production. to date she is not answering my calls. This is the second time she is doing this, not professional at all. She is very quick in sending her banking details but poor customer service.
