I would not recommend - goods paid for but not received almost a year later
Very disappointed that I did not get what I paid for. The pills which are the bulk of the cost where never sent to me despite numerous requests. I paid in April 2021, it’s now Feb 2022 and nothing has been delivered. Customer service was horrible and unprofessional. False advertising Where is #carteblanche ?

22 Feb 2022, 06:45Oh, didn't realize using a username is "using a false identity". This is Sheila and you would have known from my complaint that I ordered the product since April. I have been relentless in following up with you but you have given me a run around since April of last year. My partner Nthabiseng and I have been following up since you took our money and never delivered the product. I have written a formal letter of complaint and sent it both via email and whatsapp (so you know very well who we are) and you completely ignored it. You should have the courtesy to return people's money as you are not planning to deliver any time soon. This is Feb 2022! and when did you take very efficiently take our money? April 2021!

There should be no need for a lengthy discussion actually and years of prolonged back and forth. Just, I pay you for goods (plus delivery) and you deliver the goods. Finished and closed.
