Wrong info and service given

I phoned to order my food a price of 98 rand was given to me when I got there and I want to collect my food I was told to wait because it wasn't ready yet and that was a half hour ago when I got to the shop and they rang everything up on the till I as told it would cost me 102.95 now where does the 98 come from if that wasn't told me over the phone so this is why I'm writing this because of customer service not very impressed with the service I got.
