Worst customer service ever!!!

I saw this stunning new place at a centre near my work, thinking wow their food must be very yammy... go on the internet search for their name to see their menu, FAT CAKE CITY. wow their food really looked amazing but as I could not see any prices I deside to phone them as I would like to order one of that amazing fat cakes. Naas picked up the phone asking how he can help me, in a good tone I asked him for assistance on prices for that fat cakes. Wow what a mistake in his absolute rude voice telling me can't I read their menu before I got any chance to reply he told me to read my menu at the bottom to see a price... any thing else??? I was so shocked to hear that someone can ever be this rude, How can you ever think of treating a customer like that and worst off all over the telephone. In my life no matter how nice,cheap or clean this place might be... I will not even order a drink with them i'll rather buy next door and pay R10 more!!!
