Very bad Uber and fat Cake City service

Placed a order on the 27 Feb for delivery at 5pm it is now 6.30pm and still no delivery Then a msg from the Uber driver they don't have the rib burger I ordered When is my food comming Is it so difficult to get competent people to operate a simple take away or divery service Sorry I will never use either THE number for sunning hill is also not available Keep your food and your poor service
