Unhygienic conditions, rudest and most aggressive staff I've ever encountered!

On 24 June 2021 at 17:50 in All Saints Shopping Centre, I had my first and last experience with Fat Cake City.

After placing my order, I witnessed the front counter staff dropping food serving tongs on the floor. She proceeded to pick them back up and put them on the counter to use them later. Not only is that unhygenic hygienic for the serving tongs, but also unhygienic to place them back on the counter near food. I told her that I saw her do that and she should place them in the cleaning space. She didn't care at all! Instead, gave me attitude and asked "why are you looking at me?" About 10 minutes later, she came outside of the shop where I was waiting and shouted at me! Claiming that I had shouted at her when I had merely pointed out her wrongdoing. I told her again what she did wrong but she just kept saying that I should at her. I didn't. But maybe I should have. This occured in front of other customers. Those customers were black and initially appeared to take her side, giving me dirty looks, until they heard what I had to say. Then they gave her dirty looks instead.

The staff member was clearly in the wrong on 2 accounts. 1) Unhygienic behaviour. 2) Shouting at a customer.

I believe that she should be fired! I won't be coming back. OBVIOUSLY!
