Terrible service from Fat Cake City (Kingfisher Corner in Sunward park)

I was at Fat Cake City (Kingfisher Corner) at about 15:18 and the lady at the till was so rude to me. This is what happened...

When I placed the order that I wanted she did not here me properly and asked that I repeat, and I did. But on the till the amount written was different from the one I had requested so I asked if there was a special, she responded with an attitude asking if I wanted a special. I explained to her that I ordered a 64.99 meal so I thought there was a special since the price was lower than what was written on the menu. Again with attitude (bad attitude) she asked me what I wanted and I repeated, she complained that I should have been more specific since she could not here me properly, continuing to tell me that I'm wearing a mask that is why she couldn't here me. At the back of my mind I was asking myself if other customers remove their masks when they order with her, and that concerned me, but I'm not there. The lady than printed the slip and gave it to me with change...I looked at it and told her that no this was still the wrong order, instead of her explaining to me as a customer she said "who said I was going to give you that order". I was very ****ed and started raising my voice complaining about her attitude towards me, I than asked her to cancel my order after she told me that I am rude. When I asked her to return my money she rep**** with "take your money vele, and give me my change" I have never received such terrible service in a food outlet before, I was treated as if I was there to get the meal on credit and I was irritating the person who was serving me. Fat Cake City as always been my favourite food outlet because I love how they make their fish, but after the service I received from their employee I do not see myself walking in to that place ever again.
