Terrible expereance

Dear Sir/Madam I'm artily disappointed with your staff service at your store at Florida. Your staff particularly your cashier who throw our order to the table and giving us attitude as well as stinking comments. Despite threatening her of video the altercation. She went as far as to say that a manager will not do her anything. In lieu of the above I demand an amicable resolution and feedback as to what has will be done with this staff member. The cashier at 19:26:15 in Florida Roodepoort on the 15/12/2019.For order A165.Till 1 (LEGEND). I'm furious of this, and will ensure that my staff members and colleagues’ dose not ever support you or buy their lunch again from your store if I don't get feedback from you by Tuesday the 17th December 2019. I will also distribute this complaint in our work internal recommendation site for our staff not to support you. I hope you take me serous and do something about this staff and give me feedback.
