Taking bad service to new heights

<p>Fat cake city brackenhurst has the unhappiest, most unfriendly staff ever, it's always as if they are doing you a favour by assisting, to top it off my order is wrong for the 3rd time. The guy still asks me if I ordered a bacon and cheese, then I get home just to open up 2 soggy mince fat cakes :-( curry mince with no flavour and on the other side the lady is answering the phone and rolling her eyes whilst taking down a take away order.... Really!</p>
