Sunward Park Fat Cake City

Worst service I could have ever received from a take away franchise! Went to Sunward park fat cake city on Friday 30 July 2021, realizing I have left my bank card at home I asked the lady behind the counter if she could place my order so long whilst fetching my card and she confirmed that it will be fine. Upon my return I found the doors closed and the lady who took my order was mopping the floor, knocking on the door did not seen to get her attention until we banged on the door demanding to speak to her manager as she was extremely rude, she then said that she does not have a number I could contact the manager on and that he/she was not on the premises. After demanding once more to get any form of management contact details another lady stormed from the kitchen and rudely asked if she could take our order just so that we could leave, I refused as I knew that they would tamper with our food! I would not advise any one to support them as the staff come and go as they please and refuse to be polite to the customers paying their salaries!
