Sies fat cake city Birch acres disgusting food and service

Fat cake city Birch acres Extremely terrible experience I had. Went to try their chips of which some were stale and burnt. The counter Extremely filthy. To top it off I lost my phone there since April 2021 to date the owner is yet to show me a clip of the incidence. I advise nobody to purchase anything from there as the service and food is terrible. The store should close down!!! As all complaints remain unanswered and nothing is done to improve their service
