Service Issue

To Whom It May Concern,

You know the saying, 'I can't complain about the service because I did not receive any'?

This was my experience today when I went into Fat Cake City in Strubenvale just after 12H00. The lady at the till was serving some customers in a very sluggish and disinterested manner. I was waiting my turn but she just kept on turning here and there as if a greeting and 'I will be with you in a moment' is too much to ask for. She disappeared into the back to get a bag for one of the other customers food and after about ten minutes I had enough and left. I don't know whether she is actually employed to make the food, but she definitely does not know how to communicate with public. The customer who was waiting for his food to be put into a bag still waiting by the time I decided to leave.

I have on previous occasions bought food there without any problems, but this was my last visit.

Ignoring your patrons does not pay.
