Rude Service

<p>Today my colleague when to Fat Cake City to get us some lunch and whilst waiting for our order, two gentlemen who clearly battle with English also wanted to order some lunch but battled with the pronunciation of the word "Vienna". The lady on duty belitted them by saying "oh for goodness sake, Do you mean vienna" and when he confirmed this, she said aggressively, "why did you not just say so". She then proceeded to place the order with the kitchen and the other gentleman attempted to call her to purchase something else and she proceeded to ask him if he was talking to her and when he confirmed this, she informed him to rather use the words "exuse me".</p> <p> </p> <p>When a person works in the service industry, a person is expected to deal with clientele in a curteous and civil manner and belittling them in the presence of other customers. It was shocking to say the very least and this does not sit well for "alleged customer services:</p>
