Rude Cashier

Place an order for collection today around 10:00, I got there to pick up my meal only to come across a rude cashier by the name of Nozipho. I walked in and she left me to the back, came back to attend to a guy who walked in after me who was buying fat cakes. I had to ask him if she can't see me but never responded and called someone who was cleaning to give me my order. She never apologized after I've asked her to do so. It's not the first time I witness her rudeness. She did the same thing to one customer and never apologized. The customer called the number on the slip to lodge a complain as soon as she left the shop, and she was like "we are not going to answer the call cos the phone is with us here n the boss is not answering this phone"
