Rude cashier

I asked the lady at your branch in Florida a simple question about the price difference in food and she responded rude. When I asked her why she's rude she told me people are different and that's how she is. I told her if you work with customers you cannot afford to be rude. She is a short lady with short hair. I don't want her to lose her job but just to have good customer service as I am in the service industry myself. You as a franchise need to deal with this as she did not even attempt to apologize she carried on with her attitude in front of other customers. Please provide feedback as to how this should be dealt with. Her name is Legend according to a receipt.
