Raw hair in food

I went to fatcake city in elsburg bought. A corndog 4 small fatcake and the 2 large Vienna and chips. After I received my food I requested my driver was 10 Min away as he was finishing a ride nearby. I started eating my corn dog and it was raw. Inside I went back inside and they confirmed it was still raw they took it to fry it more ok fine I eventually reached home we ate we found black hair on the chips and the manager does nothing about the staff doing this not first complaint
