Raw fatcakes

Hello , yesterday on Monday the 8th of March 2022 I bought 6 medium and 2 small fat cakes at Fat Cake City in Benfleur Boulevard Witbank , when i got home and cut them open all the medium fatcakes was completely raw inside , i couldn't give these fatcakes to my family to eat so i had to throw them away , this is money and time wasted , if i wanted raw dough i would've went to checkers and bought dough ,i went to Fat Cake city to buy fatcakes not dough , how can you run a fatcake business if you don't know how to make fatcakes this is very disappointing and unexceptable .
