Primrose The Rose - No mask = excuse for deliberately horrible service

I have been going to the Primrose (The Rose) branch of Fat Cake City for many years - even before it took over the Fish and Chips franchise there. In recent time I guess (1-2y) there has been a management change, where the service has gone from pleasant to average. Today around 5.30pm I went to the eatery to order a meal. I was not wearing a mask, as is my human right and not a legal mandate despite public claims otherwise. Be that as it may; the woman asked me where it was, I said in my pocket. She s******ed and took my order, where I waited outside the shop. I heard her making comments about it; all other orders were dispatched before mine. Being a "stir-fry beef" I know it takes a bit longer, so OK. But the order was left on the counter, my number was not called out. As I looked and saw it by chance, she ignored me as I collected it. Basically, the stereotypical type of extra-poor SA service one wouldn't even get at Home Affairs. It was pretty obvious that it was deliberate. (yet I had never had problems before this at the branch in the past year!) I expect that the mask issue in her mind is her full justification to deliver horrible service, because Checkers Hyper employees and management have the same atrocious attitude towards its customers for one. Nevertheless, I really hope the Primrose The Rose branch is merely a franchise in its own right, so that I could go to the other Primrose branch instead and avoid them. If it's not, well then you've lost a long-term customer.
