Poor service and unable to attend complaints

I went to birch acress mall store, ot was month end. The cashier insisted that I should go to the atm and get cash because their machine isn't working. My worry is, it wasn't for the 1st time, it seems like every month ebd their machines aren't working. During this pandemic who prioritize using cash? I won't to their Facebook page on messenger, the only reply I got it was " sent your contact details " . Since then until today no one contacted me. I even rep**** and told them how they are careless and self centered. Even if they can be the only fast food store in the world I will never set my foot there. I don't recommended this store to anyone.
