Poor service

Fat Cake City offers the best burgers and I really love the products but I thought I should bring this to the management’s attention that the service at Wonderpark is very unprofessional. I always order through the Mr D app but today I thought to go straight to the store cause on the app they always deliver my chips unspiced, not slated and not sauced. When I got there I ordered and waited . I then heard that the order number are way over my order number and when I asked the lady to check my order it was already out but not called out. The service in centurion is amazing that’s why I’d drive from Pretoria North to centurion knowing that I’ll be serviced well.
