This is to formally express my dissatisfaction with the quality of food I have received at your store, Fat Cake City, Florida Junction. On multiple occasions, I have purchased chips from your establishment, only to be disappointed by the condition of the product. The chips are consistently stale, excessively dry, and unappetizing, which makes them impossible to enjoy.

The most recent purchase was no different. I found the chips to be inedible, leading me to dispose of them immediately, as I felt it was a waste of money to even attempt to eat them. On a previous occasion, I had to demand a refund due to the same issue. This recurring problem is concerning, and I believe it reflects poorly on the quality standards maintained at your store.
