Poor Customer Service!!!!!!!

The staff at Fat Cake City in Witbank has bad attitude towards customers, including the manager. Today I went to the store around 8am, The door was open I entered and asked for assistance and they just stood there looking at me as if I'm lost or something. After 5 minutes one of them told me we're not yet open. I tried to reach the manager to lay this complaint and he gave me the same attitude, saying he is busy he doesn't have time for such.
