Plastic fried to Meat Patty Fatcake City

Ordered food from Farcake City Boksburg-North came home and sat and ate with family, more than halfway through the patty slides out and behold, there is the round plastic strips they use to seperate the frozen patties still on the burger scortched and stuck to the meat patty. Who ever the manager is he has a flippen attitude and no care attitude!!! Tell him ill contact head office as well and his reply to me is .....then do it, go ahead !!!!!!!!
